China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is to amend their IPO
Investigation Procedure in order to deal with the issues of long waiting
time. According to the current procedure, all the IPO applicants need
to wait in line. Those with complete documentations will go into the
next step for further investigation. The new procedure will open a green
lane for those applicants from the West of China, and balance the
investigation schedule of the IPO enterprises for Shanghai and Shenzhen
stock markets.
