In a particular time of the day, our QA Supervisor checks 40% of garments that have been passed by our QC’s in each section. All the QC’s always check 100% of goods. All the QC’s submit their daily reports to the QA Manager by highlighting the major points. QA Manager submits their reports to the relevant Merchandise Manager in addition to Managing Director. Relevant Merchandise Manager ensures the correct QA packing to the QA Supervisor. After maintaining the above procedures, the Merchandise Manager carries out his own final inspection before the shipment.
